i laughed so hard my abdomen cramped
it hurt, but it was so worth it

today was the bomb-digity
woke up at around 8:30 AM
grabed my disc, my cleats, my jersey and some water
then headed erickson parking lot to meet the team
once everyone got together we all headed to the towson fields
what really shocked me was weather
it wasn’t windy
it wasn’t -20 degrees
it didn’t rain 16” the day before
it was just a day to play some nazzzzty ultimate
we started around 10 AM and ended around 2 PM
but it was probably one of the best 4 hours of my ultimate life
carlos had some seriously sick defense
pretty much put whoever he was guarding on lockdown
i skyed the fo-shizzle out of some guy on shippensburg
it was just a twisttted day
sectionals are in 3 weeks
i get to go 
i also went to see richards orchestra recital today.
the music they played gave me chills.

so i think i’m going to commute for a week while my dad is gone to take care of my umma

pj called me asking if i wanted to go to philly today
really random, but i had nothing better to do
so pj, eric, gian, and i got ready and left around 2 PM
arrived at pat’s cheesesteak at 3:15 PM (thanks to supreme driving from eric)
bought a provalone cheesteak with onions, it was bangin’
we got some pictures taken at the “love” park and an area with board game piece

our objective was to eat the flatliner chicken wings
i ate two..
i sweat more eating two wings, than running six miles
charlene was crying

she was crying, eating bread and smiling all at the same time
freakin’ hilarious
two other guys nearly puked
one of them had his lips in a cup of ice water for 10 minutes
we made a trip to giant for some ice cream afterwards
ben and jerry’s strawberry cheesecake.. tasty!

for those of you that don’t know
LAN stands for “local area network”
you connect a crap load of computer together
then proceed to play counter strike surf maps

a new year
it’s pretty surreal that 19 years and some odd months have elapsed.
well anyways..
i felt like i should write something eloquent
something that may inspire
something for the new years
but that just isn’t my style
haha
so the new year is around
but let me “reflect” on ‘08 for a bit
these past 365 days have been a..
renaissance?
i met so many radical people
tried so many tiz-ight new things
gotta say
this
year
was
the
bomb
hopefully this new year will present the same fortune these past 12 months have given me
on with the blogging
so christmas was pretty typical-ish
the fam and i went to a sauna..
oh man it was sweet..
..not
after a three hour drive
you arrive to a large building with “KING SAUNA” written on it
basically, it’s a giant bathhouse
with really hot rooms..
and lots of naked men
..AWESOME
yeah, i’m not going to go into detail
but besides “man junk” hanging around left and right
it was pretty cool
after the “bathing” part
you had the choice of eating some pretty tasty food
ranging from hot soups
to cold ice cream
or “opening up your pours” in 130 degree steam rooms
or sleep
OR
(the best option) go “bathing” again
man it was fun!
especially the “bathing” part
haha
just to clarify a few things..
1. males and females are separated
2. you don’t eat naked
3. you don’t sleep or seat in sauna rooms naked (the public ones at least)
but in all seriousness, it was some quality fam time
as you guys know
its a new year!
like always the a-crew went to PJ’s house and ate a “dragon load” of food
lasagna, friend rice, lumpia
all that good stuff and more
so later on we ended up playing a pretty epic game of cranium
paolo and i had to complete a “mind meld” challenge
basically you each pick three words that go along with the topic without communication
but by thinking like one another
hence the “mind meld”
our topic was “salad”
somehow
our minds combined and created the greatest three word combination in the dimension
